Veteran executive brings 26 years of Asian market leadership and a record of scaling materials and technology businesses across the region
SINGAPORE — 02 June 2026 — DDG Glass today announced the appointment of Dudi Mills as Chief Executive Officer. Dudi takes the role as the company moves into new regional markets and broadens its product range across curved, fire-rated, smart (PDLC), printed, and insulated glass.
Dudi brings 26 years of experience building and running businesses across the Asia-Pacific region, including senior roles at global technology companies and a consistent record of opening new markets from the ground up. Most recently he led regional growth in the smart glass industry, establishing a market presence from the ground up and partnering with developers including CapitaLand, City Developments Limited (CDL), and Surbana Jurong. Earlier in his career he held regional leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard and Kodak.
Under Dudi, DDG Glass will deepen its position in its core Singapore and Malaysia markets while entering additional international markets and segments. The company is also expanding its product portfolio to meet growing demand from architects, developers, and contractors for higher-performance and specialty glass.
The expanded range covers curved glass for feature facades and interiors, fire-rated glass for safety-critical applications, PDLC smart glass that switches between clear and opaque on demand, printed glass for branding and decorative use, and double-glazed insulated units (DGUs) for thermal and acoustic performance.
“Glass has become part of how a building performs, not just how it looks,” said Mills. “DDG has a strong foundation and a loyal customer base. My focus is on bringing the products our clients are already asking for to more of the region, with the same hands-on approach that has worked for me across Asia over the past 26 years.”
Mills is a Singapore resident and has lived and worked in the region for more than two decades. He is known for building regional operations from zero and for close, long-term relationships with developers, architects, and innovation teams across APAC.
