Nestled within Choa Chu Kang Park, SAFRA CCK is the first sports and recreation building in Singapore to achieve BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification. The clubhouse demanded glazing that balanced tropical solar control with the open, nature-connected character of the building — performing as well as it looked.

DDG supplied a double silver Low-E DGU system as the primary solar control layer across 2,000m² of glazed envelope. DigiCeramic white gradient printing was applied to spandrel and transition zones, diffusing direct glare on west-facing elevations while maintaining luminous interior quality. Grey opaque and translucent PVB laminated glass completed the brief — delivering privacy and tonal consistency across all elevations.
